The Utica Comets are dedicated to improving Central New York with local involvement through our organization providing assistance for a magnitude of community events. The Community Relations department focuses an immense amount of effort on the development and instrumental growth of local youth through the sport of hockey. The Utica Comets, Utica Comettes, and Audie are proud to support local programs to benefit the greater good through a number of different activities and special events. Specific community activities the organization is involved in include classroom visits, youth hockey clinics, hospital visits, holiday volunteering, and donations through autographed memorabilia, amongst many other opportunities. The Utica Comets community relations department strives to benefit the well being and overall atmosphere of the greater Mohawk Valley.

The Utica Comets are committed to enhance local organizations and the community as a whole. With the overwhelming amount of support the Utica Comets organization has received from the community, we find it our duty to give back to the area that helped build us. Although we would love to accommodate to the needs of all organizations looking to involve the Comets, Comettes, and Audie due to the amount of requests and player availability, it is not possible. Please follow all guidelines when submitting request for community events.

All requests must be submitted through the Community Relations request form, 3 weeks prior to the event. It can be filled out by CLICKING HERE.

If you have additional questions please email Janice Martino, community development coordinator, and she will  assist you with any questions you may have as soon as possible.
