Season Notes: Four-game point streak from Dec. 31 - Jan. 8 with two goals and three assists. One goal and one assist on Jan. 6 vs. Albany. Scored first goal as a Comet on Dec. 31 vs. Rochester. Four-game assist streak from Dec. 3 - Dec. 10 with four assists. Two-assist night on Nov. 25 at Rochester. Signed with the Comets on Nov. 2. Skated in six games with the Stockton Heat collecting five assists. At the time of departure from the Heat, was tied for first in the AHL with a plus-8 rating. Pro Career: Played in 376 career AHL games with Rochester, San Antonio, Norfolk and Stockton. Member of AHL All-Star game in 2011-12 in second pro year. Began pro career with the Americans in 2010-11. Totaled 47 career NHL games, mostly with the Florida Panthers.

Amateur Career: Spent entire WHL career with the Brandon Wheat Kings from 2006-2010. Collected 37-106-143 with a plus-79 in 246 games. Recorded the highest plus/minus in the WHL with a plus-56 in 2009-10. Named to the WHL (East) Second All-Star Team. Participated in the CHL Top Prospects Game in 2008.

Personal Notes: Won U18 World Junior Championship Gold Medal with Team Canada in 2008.
