We could not be more excited to welcome fans back to the Adirondack Bank Center on April 9 for the first time in over a year. This is a huge step forward for our community and industry alike, and we are looking forward to enacting all of the health and safety protocols that we have spent the past year crafting and perfecting while working with State and Local industry leaders. Please read the entirety of this article, as it contains extremely important information regarding the remainder of this season. Because the ADK Bank Center is currently at 10% capacity, we are starting with Season Ticket Members, followed by the general public. We hope to be able to welcome more fans through our doors in the coming weeks!

In accordance with the guidance put out by New York State, beginning with our game on Friday, April 9, the Adirondack Bank Center will permit 10% of its capacity to attend Utica Comets games, which comes out to roughly 400 fans. Season Ticket Members will receive the exclusive early access to purchase tickets, which will be released in 2-3 game increments, before the general public. The ticket release schedule is as follows:

On Sale for STMs

On Sale for General Public

April 9, 13, 14

April 6 @ 12pm

Tickets will be sold ‘pod-style’ with only one group/family/party seated together in groups of 2-6. Due to social distancing requirements and inability to relocate seats, pods must be purchased in their full increment. Pods increments will be available on a first-come, first served basis.

Season Ticket Members will receive a unique one-time use promo code no later than 9:00AM the day of release, with tickets going on sale at 12:00PM. IMPORTANT: Each code can only be used for one transaction. Therefore, if you are looking to purchase multiple games you must do so in the SAME transaction. Once you have completed the check-out process, your code will expire. Unfortunately, we will be unable to reissue or assign new codes.

Season Ticket Members will also be limited to purchasing six seats per account, per game. All tickets will be either digital or print-at-home; no tickets will be printed at the ADK Bank Center.

Due to the fact that the purchasing process is ONLINE only, it is important you have access to your email address on your account. If you would like to confirm your email address on file or have had issues receiving emails from us in the past, please contact us at and a representative will look in to the matter for you.

The reselling of tickets for any reason will be strictly prohibited at this time. The Comets reserve the right to exclude any season ticket holder in violation of our resale policy from access to future pre-sales.

As this has truly been a season unlike no other, the Utica Comets are testing out a new ticketing format for the 2020-21 season. All tickets purchased for Utica Comets games this season will be $45 all-inclusive tickets – in other words, your ticket will include your food and drinks (including Labatt Blue & Labatt Blue Light) at the ADK Bank Center. One9Five9 will also be open for $3 White Claws, $2 Domestic Beer, $5 Craft Beer, $5 Wine, and $5 Mixed Drinks. This will include unlimited food and non-alcoholic beverages and up to four Labatt Blue/Labatt Blue Light beers per person. This method will allow for less contact between patrons and staffers and provide our fans with a stress-free environment to be able to enjoy the game. Again, this is not a permanent change, and we will welcome feedback from our fans on this trial run.

Testing & Arena Protocol

Per guidance from New York State, to be granted access to the ADK Bank Center, each patron must show proof of one of the following:

  1. A negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event
  2. A negative Antigen test taken within six (6) hours of the event
  3. Proof of having fully completed the COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior to the date of the event

Upon arrival, all fans must also show their ID, get their temperature taken by a staff member, and fill out a health questionnaire/contact tracing form. Fans must wear a face covering throughout the duration of the game, except for breaks when eating and drinking. In addition, per New York State guidelines, only clear, see-through bags will be permitted to avoid additional contact via bag checks. In the event you purchase tickets and are not able to attend, or you fail one of the entry checkpoints upon arrival, your tickets will be refunded. Please do not attend a game if you are feeling unwell or have come in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. There is a new FAQ that can be found on our website with more specific information regarding the new protocols at the ADK Bank Center.

Through all of these new measures and protocols, we are eagerly awaiting the chance to welcome you all back to the ADK Bank Center on April 9. We look forward to providing you with more information, especially regarding local testing options, in the coming days. As more guidance becomes available and if any issues are to arise, we will apprise you all in the most timely manner. In the meantime, if you have any questions, you can check out our FAQ page on our website, feel free to give us a call at 315-790-9070 or e-mail us at
