Option 1 – Transferring on Computer

• Go to Home Page
• https://empirestatetix.evenue.net
• Click – “SIGN IN” (Top right corner)
• Follow Sign In Instructions
• Use the email associated with your Season Ticket Account. If you don’t remember it, please call 315-790-9070 ext. 1 before creating a new account.
• Once Logged In
• Click your name initial icon (Top Right Corner)
• Click – Transfer tab
• Click – drop down arrow for the correct game
• Select the correct seat(s) you would like to transfer – click continue
• Enter the information for the person you are transferring to

 

Steps To Accept Transfer

• Click the link – in “Text Message” or “Email”
• Click – Accept Transfer
• Login to Empire State Tix account
  • New Users will need to create an account
• Click – “My Tickets
• Click – add to wallet
• Tickets will pop up – click “ADD” in top right corner

Option 2 – Transferring on Mobile Device

• Go to - https://empirestatetix.evenue.net/
• Click – 3 lines (top left corner)
• Follow Sign In Instructions
  • Use the email associated with your Season Ticket Account. If you don’t remember it, please call 315-790-9070 ext. 1 before creating a new account.

• Once Logged In – click 3 lines (top left corner)
• Click – ”My Ticket”
• Scroll to “Transfer”
• Click the game/seat you would like
• Click – “Continue”
• Transfer screen will pop up
  • Follow instructions to send

Option 3 – Call the Box Office

 

• Call the Box Office – 315-790-9070 Ext. 1
• Ask to have your tickets printed and left at Will Call

 

 

 

All 3 of these methods work for all events at the Adirondack Bank Center including Utica Comets, Utica City FC, and Utica University Men's Ice Hockey’s.
