CANUCKS REASSIGN FORWARD MICHAEL CHAPUT TO THE COMETS
Dec 20, 2017Utica, NY - Vancouver Canucks General Manager Jim Benning announced today that the club has reassigned forward Michael Chaput to the Utica Comets.
Chaput, 25, has appeared in three games with Vancouver and in 20 games with Utica (8-7-15). He is tied for the Comets lead in power-play goals (5) and ranks second in goals and third in points. The 6-2, 204-pound native of Ile Bizard, Quebec has appeared in 266 career AHL games and collected 171 points (68-103-171).
