YOUR CHANCE TO WATCH SUNDAY FOOTBALL WITH THE COMETS

Nov 7, 2017

On Sunday, Season Ticket Members will have the chance to spend their football Sunday with the entire Comets roster of players and coaches.

Meet the Team, Meet the Building, will take place this Sunday from 1-4 at the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium. The event, which is open to Season Ticket Members only, is the first opportunity this season to meet the entire team and to check out the new West End Expansion wing of the Adirondack Bank Center. Comets players and coaches will be stationed throughout The AUD, available to sign autographs, take pictures, and play video games with some younger Comets fans. The first 500 STMs in attendance will receive a Labatt Blue 2017-18 Comets promotional calendar to have autographed throughout the afternoon. Audie and the Sitrin Comettes will also be roaming the arena for photos and fun with STMs.

Comets Season Ticket Members will also be able to watch football in the comforts of The AUD while enjoying $2 Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light cans, $3 Bloody Mary’s (in Zuhaus, the Horton Room, & Zetlin’s Lounge), $1 Zweigle’s Hot Dogs, and samples of Sweet Tooth’s new soft serve ice cream (STMs must show their card in order to get the special prices). Concession stands #3, #8, and Sweet Tooth (#6) will also be open for regular sales, in addition to beer stands #5 and #7. Jack Daniel’s promo girls will also be in Zuhaus handing out free samples to those over 21 years of age. NFL football will be playing on the televisions in Zuhaus, the suites, Zetlin’s Lounge, the Horton Room, and throughout the concourse, for the duration of the event (Kilfoil’s and One9Five9 will not be open). Sunday will also be the perfect day to lock in your night in Zuhaus or in one of the other suites for the Comets fifth anniversary season. Dates are filling up fast, fewer than 12 remaining for the entire season. As another perk for being a valued Season Ticket Member, 50/50 sales for the Comets game on Friday, November 17, will open up on Sunday for STMs only.

Those in attendance will also be encouraged to stop by the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic area on the concourse to purchase all-star tickets or speak to a Comets ticketing rep for more information about the January event. The team store will also be open from 1-4. And finally, STMs can cheer on future Comets, when the 2004 Jr. Comets Elite play two games, at 12:10 and 3:20.
